Raw Milk with Membrane Technology

This morning I opened the refrigerator, read this carton of milk, and thought twice about pouring its milk on my breakfast granola. Eventually I did and it complemented Tati's homemade granola, but I really had to put out of my mind the descriptors "raw milk" and "membrane technology." And I don't even want to know what immunoglobulin and lactoferrin are doing in my milk. I hope "minim fat" is a misspelling and not an additive. File under WTF.
