If broadband providers are left unchallenged, the price of web access could skyrocket in coming years, discouraging students from pursuing web-based college courses, they said.
Not sure how I feel about net-neutrality yet. Senator McCain has a point. The wireless industry has done well without government regulation. But the ed-tech enthusiasts claim of corporate control of the internet could put prices up and online learning out of reach worries me. I suppose they could also control what content comes through their service as well.
